HIM on Davie Open House

Health Initiative for Men (HIM) expanded their Davie Street health centre to a 1,598 square feet space, and hosted an open house to tour the new facilities that provide an increased capacity for HIV and STI testing, professional counselling and coaching, and health promotion case management services. For the event, HIM held a raffle to help raise funds for their operations and services.

Two raffle tickets on a grey background: the one on the left uses a blue colour scheme, while the one on the right uses a hot pink colour scheme.

The print materials for the event incorporated the Davie St imagery that has been applied to previous materials, featuring the Burrard St Bridge.

Two colours, blue and pink, were used to differentiate the two different ticket prices. (Both colours are existing HIM branding colours.)

Vinyl decals were designed to cover two acrylic boxes, one for raffle tickets and one for donations.

We worked with local printer, Fritzworks, to ensure the decals were the correct sizes. The decals were then printed and applied by the Fritzworks team.

The open house was well-attended, and HIM was able to raise a significant amount of funds to further their health centre’s efforts.
