Dr. Peter Donation Card
The Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation provides services for people diagnosed with HIV. This direct mail donation brochure highlights the stories & services found at the Dr. Peter Centre.
(Note: some design elements were inherited from the previous agency that held the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation account.)
The cover tells the story of both a donor and a participant of the Centre.
Inside the direct mail piece, a central image wheel showcases the variety of donor-supported services at the Dr. Peter Centre.
The wheel infographic was so successful, the Dr. Peter Centre has continued to use this graphic on other materials.
A tear-off donation slip with a clean form and clear call to action completes the self mailer.
